Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
We as the builder are required to take out Home warranty insurance through the QBCC which covers your home during the construction period.
Our warranty covers 6 years and 6 months from completion of build 52 week maintenance period after completion of job
In most states your builder is required to take out a warranty insurance policy before commencing the construction of your new home. While your home is under construction, it is covered by a different policy that expires once you move in. The warranty cover varies from state to state – check with local authorities for the period relevant to your area
What involvement do I have in the building of my new home?
Your input to the building of your home is vital and you will be updated through all stages of the work as well as several walk through with Grant at stages through the build. We will also be keeping in close contact re your selections for your home.
What is the average build time?
The average build time for a single story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home would be approx 20 to 24 weeks from the start of construction
Do you offer house and Land Packages?
Yes we do, we have packages available in several housing estates.
Can I access my home throughout the building process?
Yes you can access your new home during construction but only with prior arrangement with us the builder, a suitable time will be arranged and we will meet you onsite. This is very important for your safety, due to Occupational Health and safety requirements you cannot access site unsupervised during the construction phase of the build.
What should we expect to happen after an enquiry via Cottonwood?
